500gm pasta; 1 ½ tbsp olive grease; 4 garlic cloves, crushed; 6 big tomatoes; 2-3tbsp tomato puree; ½ cup orange or grape sap; ½ cup fresh basil leaves; salt and ground kali mirch powder, to tang; 1-2 tsp sugar; 1 cup mozzarella cheese; ½ cup cream.
1. Cook the pasta as per the directions on the package. Heat the oil and fry garlic. Sauté till just start to alter color. Blanch the tomatoes. Add the tomatoes, with the peels removed. Add the tomato puree, sap and ½ cup water. Add salt. Wrap and cook till the tomatoes are done, and the sauce is broad and burnished.
2. Add the rest of the elements and check seasonings, toss with the pasta and serve instantly.
